CNF Writing Exercise: Spirit of the Childhood Past

Crossing the street was the greatest feat a kid could achieve. A child that knew how to cross the street was put in to high regard by their peers.

I was able to cross the street at 8 years old. For that reason I was able to buy my own food from the sari sari store across the street. Something my younger sister couldn’t do.

I bought a drink one afternoon and immediately my sister begged me if she could get a sip, I refused.

She crossed the street on her own no one holding her hands
this time

A loud bang resonated the whole baryo
